Nutrients present in the egg are beneficial not only for the body but also for the hair. Eggs contain high amounts of protein, selenium, phosphorus, zinc, iron, sulfur and iodine which prevent hair loss. These nutrients are also helpful in lengthening the hair. Mix well a little olive oil and honey in the egg white and apply this paste to your hair and leave it for an hour. Then wash it thoroughly with shampoo. This provides the necessary nutrition to the hair which helps in increasing their growth.  There are eating two boiled eggs daily, will also help for your hair growth.

Massage

Oil massage in hair is the best natural way to grow hair. Before massaging, heat the oil lightly and massage it into the hair. Massaging improves blood circulation to the scalp, which nourishes the hair. In addition, it makes hair stronger and thicker. Mustard and coconut oil can be used for this. Humming the mustard oil lightly, massage it on the head before taking a bath, leave the oil on for half an hour and wash it later. Do oil massage once a week.

Henna

Henna is a natural conditioner for hair. Applying a pack of henna makes the hair strong and thick. Henna makes the hair strong and thick from the roots. Mix half a cup of curd in a cup of rosemary powder and leave it like this for about two hours. After this apply this paste on the scalp. Wash it when dry.

Lemon juice

Lemon juice also balances the pH of the scalp and promotes hair growth. To do this remedy, leave a fistful of almonds in the water overnight. Peel and grind almonds in the morning. Now mix two spoons of lemon juice in it and massage it well in the head. Then leave it for 20 minutes. When it dries, wash it thoroughly.

Do not Wash the Hair with Hot Water

We should always use normal degree water to wash our hair. High degree water can weaken our hair.

Use a Very Soft Towel

After washing your hair, when you’re towel drying your hair, it’s best to use a very soft towel. Using softer material will prevent your hair from getting tangled and damaged when you dry it.

Use Less Blow Dryer

Most people use a dryer to make their hair style or to dry their hair. But the hot air of dryer weakens the hair. And soon the hair starts to fall.

Food for Healthy Hair

A healthy diet is as good for our health as it is for our hair. It strengthens our hair.

  • White meat is more beneficial. Fish, chicken and egg prove to be better for your hair. Stay away from red meat.
  • Eat green vegetables. Increase the consumption of spinach etc.
  • Eat at least two or three types of fruits in a day like mango, banana, pomegranate etc.
