Almond
Almond oil also provides relief in constipation problem. This increases the efficiency of the intestines. At night, one teaspoon of almond oil should be drunk before going to bed. Constipation is also cured by doing this remedy for 15 days continuously.
Honey
Honey is very beneficial for constipation. Constipation is eliminated by drinking one teaspoon of honey mixed with a glass of water before going to bed at night.
Jaggery
Jaggery is also a good and natural constipation preventive substance. Its taste is very sweet, you can take it with food. Two teaspoons of jaggery daily is sufficient for constipation.
Exercise
